Welcome to the web page of Fincas and Houses. We are located near the Plaza Mayor in Caceres, and offer our experience of the area and of local customs and procedures to help you find your ideal property in Extremadura, Spain's most undiscovered region.

We began our business in 2005 in response to a need for a service which guarantees transparency and support to those interested in coming to Extremadura. We are a friendly family-run business, and aim to combine our insider knowledge of the area with our awareness of the difficulties which affect foreigners in their move to Extremadura.

We can recommend English speaking lawyers, as well as professional architects and builders in the area. Our fees are stipulated from the outset, and we do not have any 'hidden costs'.

We also have properties available for holiday rental, and for long term RENTAL.

We offer a complete PROPERTY MANAGEMENT service especially for those clients who do not live here all year round. Depending on your needs, this service is both practical and administrative, covering requirements such as tax declarations as well as, repair work and refurbishment projects.
